• Service Content: The content of the tour or service you purchase is subject to the program and conditions previously stated. Different service packages are available, and each package may have its own terms.
• Reservation Confirmation: After completing the reservation process, the customer will receive an email confirming the reservation. This confirmation constitutes a contract and forms an agreement between the parties.
• Service Duration and Application: The duration of the provided services is limited to the specified dates. Date changes can only be made by contacting the company and according to the company’s conditions.

2. Reservation Cancellations
   • General Cancellation Terms:
     • Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the start date of the service will receive a full refund.
     • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the start date will receive 50% of the total fee as a refund.
     • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date will not receive a refund.
     • Cancellation requests will only be accepted in writing, via email or customer service.
     • Refunds and returns will be processed within the specified time frame.
   • Force Majeure Situations:
     • In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (natural disasters, official authority decisions, epidemics, etc.), refund processes will be determined according to the contracts made with the relevant service providers. In cases of force majeure, customers may be offered alternative dates, changes, or refund options.
